Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Oakland, California in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction.  We agree that you may participate in all such proceedings by telephone.  The New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards will apply.  Any award against us may include follow-up procedures for verifying that the attestations and assertions that we make about our privacy practices are true and that our privacy practices have been implemented as presented.  

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA, excluding California's conflicts-of-laws rules. 

11. Revisions and Amendments 

We reserve the right to review and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice.   If we revise the Privacy Policy, we will prominently display a notice on our website saying there have been changes, include a link to them and state that continued use of the website binds the user to them.  By using our website subsequent to any revision of this Privacy Policy, you agree to be bound by such changes.  If you find the changes to be unacceptable, you must immediately terminate your use of this website and inform us by email that you do not wish us to use your information in any new way allowed by the changes to the Privacy Policy.
